Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all original labels, tags, and invoices are included inside the parcel.

  Ship to camel active

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point using the provided return label or ship it directly to our Kuala Lumpur warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality compliance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
